Complex Care Professionals is a leading complex domiciliary care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals’ needs within their own homes. We are recruiting for experienced Complex Childrens Care Assistants to deliver care in North Manchester & Bury areas.
As a Complex Care Assistant your responsibilities will include assisting our client with day to day living activities and clinical interventions. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and way with interacting with young children! Ideally you will have previous experience of working with children with complex health needs, however training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs in their own homes
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living activities
- Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members
- Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided and any changes in the children’s condition
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 months previous experience gained in the UK in complex care or healthcare assistance
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of children with complex care requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare or social care field
