Overview

We are a complex domiciliary care provider and have three locations; two locations in Greater Manchester, Tameside and Rochdale and a location in Burnley. We currently have over 140 care staff employed and are CQC registered. There are four registered nurses in the business; three Adult trained and a Children’s vent and trachy nurse.

Complex Care Professionals are proud to be CQC registered. We work closely with Manchester CCG, Bury CCG, Rochdale Heywood and Middleton CCG, Blackburn and Darwen CCG, Preston CCG and Burnley CCG and have also worked with Stockport CCG and also Manchester Local Care Organisation Crisis Response team, Bury local authority and Southport Spinal Hospital, providing packages of care for discharge.

Manchester Local Care Organisation North and South Crisis Response provide a rapid response service to D2A and community based preventing hospital admissions and bed blocking supporting service users till long term care can be sourced.

This can be vented both invasive and non-invasive, tracheostomy, peg, cough assist, intermittent catheterisation, bowel management, administration of medications via pegs, pulse oximetry etc.

End of life care

We predominantly provide HCA’s but have also recently been commissioned to provide registered nurses to complex children packages.

OUR PEOPLE

Highly-trained to deliver complex care

Our skilled professionals are trained to deliver high-quality care services to clients who may be coping with multiple, chronic or life-limiting conditions. We follow a strict recruitment policy, all staff are enhanced DBS checked prior to commencing with us and references are obtained as well as full mandatory training.

All staff who undertake complex assignments are given bespoke training either by our in-house nurses or this is sourced outside the company if required. Staff shadow initially and then this followed with competency sign-offs.

We undertake regular quality assurances with all clients to monitor our service and staff have regular team meetings, supervisions and annual appraisals.

We have an open-door culture and pride ourselves on investing in our staff and looking after their wellbeing, we strongly believe a happy force delivers the best possible care. All staff are encouraged to undertake diplomas in health and social care and we as a company fund them to attend college.

We have a fantastic working with Springhill Hospice who deliver all our classroom based training foundations in care and all staff attended this. Staff are also encouraged to attend the palliative care passport.
