About the Role
At Complex Care Professionals, we specialise in providing high-quality Complex Clinical Care that’s tailored to each individual’s unique needs from personal care and medication support to advanced clinical interventions such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilation management.
In this role, you’ll be working directly with clients in their own homes, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible. You’ll be a familiar face and a trusted presence in their daily routine making every day just a little brighter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering tailored, person-centred care based on individual care plans
- Supporting with personal care — including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Observing and reporting any health or behaviour changes to healthcare professionals
- Creating a safe, supportive environment that encourages independence and well-being
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months’ experience in complex care or a similar role
- Confidence in following detailed care plans and routines
- Strong communication skills — spoken and written English
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve others’ quality of life
- Basic IT skills (for note keeping and documentation)
- A full driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
