About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering tailored, person-centred care based on individual care plans
  • Supporting with personal care — including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Observing and reporting any health or behaviour changes to healthcare professionals
  • Creating a safe, supportive environment that encourages independence and well-being

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months’ experience in complex care or a similar role
  • Confidence in following detailed care plans and routines
  • Strong communication skills — spoken and written English
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve others’ quality of life
  • Basic IT skills (for note keeping and documentation)
  • A full driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
