Susan recently surprised our carers Rochelle and Tracy with beautiful flowers to thank them for their wonderful care 
. Her laughter and positivity light up every room, and her story has touched so many hearts.
She even went viral on TikTok after her daughter shared a video of her singing along to Lewis Capaldi 
. Although she couldn’t attend the concert herself, Susan watched the livestream and donated her ticket to someone going through a hard time 
.
